Eric wanted to try and recreate some of his favorite food from Brazil, where he served his mission. So the other day we made Coxinhas-- a deep fried dough with a chicken filling. They turned out really well and he said they looked exactly like he remembered them, but they tasted a little different because there was a seasoning missing.
